Catering Ser vices
 
1 Unique Impression provides the following catering services so that we will be able to cater to our clients budget!
 
 
 
 
 
Drop-off Service
With this service we will deliver all of your food to the event site and leave it for you. You will need to provide friends and family to help with the heating, set-up, serving and clean-up.
 
Self Serving
With this service our team will deliver all of your food to the event site and take care of the set-up.  You will need to have friends and family available to replenish the food during serving time and for clean-up.
 
Full Service
With this service our team will deliver all of your
food to the event site, take care of all the set-up,
serving and clean-up.
 
Additional Charges
Our catering department provides high-quality plastic products as our standard, unless noted or otherwise requested.
We offer the following packages:
Glassware Package:  $5.00 per person
Reflections Package:  3.00 per person
 
Attendants
To ensure your event is a success, catering staff will be provided for all served meals and buffets during the first 3 hours of service. If additional time is needed, an hourly fee will be applied.
 
Hourly rates per attendant:
Wait Staff @ $15.00 per hour
Kitchen Staff @ $20.00
Bartender @ $25.00 per hour
 
Payment
All catered functions must have a secured payment before they occur. Cash, Check, MasterCard and Visa are all valid payment methods. Non-University clients are required to make a 50% deposit upon the signing of the contract, with the balance due three (3) days prior to the event.
 
Event Confirmation and Guest Count
Your guest count is required seven (7) business days prior to your event. Once received, this number may not be reduced. Final billing will be based on the guarantee or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. In the event that the guarantee is not received, final billing will be based on the initial estimate or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater.  If your event is cancelled, you are responsible for contacting us and canceling the event. You will be liable for 100% of your food bill for any event that is not cancelled within three (3) business days, and confirmed in writing by you, our customer.
 
Food Safety
For the health and safety of our guests, food buffets will be open two hours. 
Our staff will take you and your guests into consideration as they quickly remove food and equipment from your event.
 
Extra Food
For the health and safety of our guests, temperature-sensitive foods must remain with the caterer at the end of your event for proper disposal. Non-sensitive foods can be packaged for you, should you desire.
 
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is necessary to confirm the catering contract. The balance is due one weeks prior to the event date. Any adjustments are payable upon conclusion of the event.
